根據《商標法》第三十八條："注冊商標有效期滿，需要繼續使用的，應當在 期滿前六個月內申請續展注冊;在此期間未能提出申請的，可以給予六個月的寬展 期。寬展期滿仍未提出申請的，注銷其注冊商標。"
